The following describes the terms on which Transwappa offers you access to our service.
You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained herein which includes those term and conditions which are set out below. By accepting these term and conditions you also agree to be bound by them.
We may change these term and conditions at anytime by posting the amendments on our site. Any amendments will be effective seven(7) days after posting.
Fees and services:
A fee of ten (10) dollars per advertisment in Australian dollars(AU$) will be charged to the seller of the item which entitles items to be posted on the site for a period of one (1) month after which items will be removed from the site. We may change the fees from time to time and these changes will be posted on the site thus allowing you fourteen(14) days notice before these fee will take effect. Any fee changes will only be applicable to new postings after the fourteen(14) days notice.
Privacy:
Personal information supplied by you in order conduct business on this site will not be disclosed to any third(3rd) party without your prior written authorisation.
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Negotiation:
Negotiations will take place solely between the seller and the buyer by their chosen form of communication . As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the item or content posted by users of this site, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of the seller to sell items or the ability of the buyer to buy items. We cannot ensure and do not guarantee that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction or act lawfully in using the site.
Posting and selling:
In order to post and sell an item you as the seller must be legally able to sell the item you post for sale on the site. You must describe your item and all terms of sale on the listing page of the site. Your listing may only contain text descriptions, pictures and other content relevant to the sale of that item. All items must be listed under the appropriate category. All prices shown for an item must be in Australian dollars(AU$). To post listings on this site you must be at least eighteen(18) years of age.
Your information
Definition. “Your Information” is defined as any information you provide to us in the listing process. Your information includes the description of items you list for sale or display on the site. You are solely responsible for Your Information, and we act as an outlet for your online distribution and publication of Your Information only.
Restrictions. Your Information must not:
- be false, inaccurate or misleading,
- be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items,
- violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation(including those governing export control, criminal law or fair trading laws.),
- be obscene in any way or harmful to persons under the age eighteen(18) years of age,
- create liability for us or cause us to lose the services of our ISP or other suppliers.
- contain any virus, Trojan horses, worms or any other computer programming routines that may damage or detrimentally interfere with the operation of the site.
License. Enable us to use the information you supply us with, so that we are not violating any rights you might have in that information, you agree to grant us a non-exclusive, world wide, royalty-free rights to post this information.
Breach: We reserve the right to refuse to provide our services to you if:
- you breach the terms and conditions as set out in this document,
- we are unable to verify any information you provide to us,
- we believe that your actions may cause legal liability for you, our user or us.
